Orchard Green Agriculture @ Pasar Tani Mega PJ Section 17

PJ folks, now there is another reason why you should wake up early to visit the Pasar Tani Mega at PJ Section 17. Here you will find a plant vendor with much to offer and plenty to discover. Anyway don't take my word for it. Go see for yourself and pick up one or two local fruit trees or herb plants for your garden...



En Arifin's stall opens from 7.00am to 11.00am on Thursdays. They have a good range of culinary herbs, medicinal plants as well as fruit trees. And what is even more attractive are the plant tags! The plants are named, priced and described with details on how to grow them, their characteristics and beneficial properties.



Plant Variety Rating: 4.25 | There is wide range of local fruit trees including exotic vege like petai!

You will also find other fruit saplings like limau kasturi (calamondin orange), delima merah (pomegranate), chempedak madu, longan, nangka madu (jackfruit), amrah and limau purut (kaffir lime). Local medicinal plants like belalai gajah (Sabah snake grass) and hempudu bumi, commonly called Raja Pahit are available as well.

I am sure the vendor has more than what are on display at the stall. Feel free to enquire.



Plant Condition Rating: 4.00 | Most of the plants are in good condition.

Layout Rating: 3.00 | Though space is limited, the vendor has made good use of it. Herbs are placed on one side and fruit saplings on another side of the stall with still some space for you to check out each plant.



Garden Products Rating: NA | They may have seeds and fertilisers. Just ask ;-)

Next to Orchard Green Agriculture is another stall selling plants, being run by another vendor that sells ornamental plants...
