Life Style Orchids Nursery
I have found another nursery that's is located right at the doorstep of the proprietor's home which is actually a corner house with an orchid farm in the backyard. When you reach the place you would not be able see the farm from the front.
Well, such farm is uncommon in the city but here in Ulu Yam Baru, it's possible since there is ample land space everywhere. Another interesting thing is that this nursery is one that never sleeps as it's opened all the time :-)
To-date, Life Style Orchids Nursery has been in business for more than 8 years. Although phalaenopsis is their main product, you can find other orchids and plants like tillandsia here as well.
Plant Variety Rating: 3.50 | I saw many pots of orchid in various stages, from young plants to blooming orchids.
Plant Condition Rating: 4.50 | The orchids are all in good condition.
Layout Rating: 4.00 | Although I didn't have the chance to survey the whole farm, I could see that the orchids are all neatly placed on racks and looking really accessible for close examination.

I am just curious since I have not shop in Malaysia nursery for a long time. What is the average cost of a pot of orchid plant?

Malay-Kadazan girl, average cost is about RM20 for a small one.
Hi lysa fairy, well, I think best way is to call up the farms (orchid owners of Waltex Biotec and this farm) to inquire the price first. And if you find that that the price is good and alright for you to travel all the way to Ulu Yam then get them direct from the farm. Happy shopping!

Hello, sorry I am not sure if there is any nursery in Penang that sells this kind of orchid. Hope you can make a trip to KL to get them.
